COQ A L’ANE is me, Louise Sheeran, a one-woman outfit. I’m British but live and work in France, which is where your order will be shipped from. Here’s some more information about what to expect when you place an order:
Delivery
I aim to ship orders within 2 days of being placed. Orders are sent using tracked delivery. Average delivery times as follows:
France – 2 days
Europe – 3 days
UK – 5 days
Rest of world – 2 weeks
Please expect these estimated times to be increased at busy periods, such as in the run-up to Christmas.
Shipping within France is included and a supplement is charged for the rest of Europe (4.50€), Norway (11.50€), the UK (7.50€) and the rest of the world (21€). Please note that local charges and customs charges may occur.
Tax and Duties
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. I am not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and customers must pay for these in full. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and I advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will tell you all you need to know about what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.
UK - orders under £135 (roughly 155€) shouldn't be subject to customs duties.
Returns
I hope you’ll love your new piece of artwork! If, however, you are dissatisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information.
All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of purchase date. All returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
Returns Process
To return an item, please first email me at [email protected] to notify me and obtain the returns address. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, I will process the refund or exchange. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item to process the return. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Privacy Policy
I do not store or share customer details. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, whose privacy policies can be found here and here and both of which have a PCI 1 level of security on all transactions.
